Three steps in setting up a Limited Company
Form a Limited Company
- Choose your name – we will set it up within few hours
- Assist in VAT and PAYE registration
- Advice on the company structure
- Open a bank account
- We will inform you of your contact person and qualified professional responsible for your company.
Start contracting
- Invoice your agency
- Complete our cash book system including expenses claim forms each week/month
- Forward documents to us in accordance with agreed timetable
- Send cheques for income tax, VAT and NI to the Inland Revenue when advised by us
- We will run your monthly payroll and agree with you your monthly payment which you pay yourself – by transferring money from your business account to a personal account
- If you receive any correspondence from the Inland Revenue, just send it to us and let us take care of it
Annually
- We will complete annual statutory and company tax returns.
- We will complete all statutory documentation including dividend administration.
All for a fixed price which we will quote on set up.
